Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering or using MH Inventory (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MH Inventory is a cloud-based multi-tenant inventory and order management platform designed for e-commerce merchants operating in Bangladesh. Features include stock management, order processing, courier integration, and business analytics.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per business entity. You may invite staff under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Bangladeshi law.
• Attempt to access another tenant's data.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
• Circumvent subscription limits or payment obligations.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance per plan cycle. All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you input into the Service (products, orders, customers). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

7. Availability & Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act 2006, the Digital Security Act 2018, and the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after 14 days of notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
